Disabled,

Researcher,

Speaker

Who am I?

Hi I’m Ashley a PhD Researcher at the University of Nottingham, researching accessibility and mixed reality in museum contexts. The aim here is to ensure that as more technology is prevalent in museums it doesn’t prevent people from interacting with exhibits but enriches them for as many people as possible.

When I’m not researching I am actively engaging people in conversations around disability and helping people to find new ways to approach problems that exposes the gaps in the current assumptions.

SQL Bits

On the 22nd March come find me at SQL Bits talking about accessibility guidelines and research.
